Translation: We don’t promise they’ll work, we don’t promise they’ll save your data, and we certainly don’t promise they’ll make your life better. Use them for inspiration, for fun, or for no reason at all. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Your Account: Magic Links & Responsibilities

We use passwordless Magic Links for authentication. This means your security is only as strong as your email account. If someone gets into your inbox, they’re effectively "you" in our hive. Keep your email safe; we aren't responsible for "evil twins" accessing your creative fragments.

4. User-Generated Content: You Input It, You Own It

Our apps allow you to input data and text. While we provide the digital storage (the honeycomb), the content is yours. However:

• Don't be a jerk: No illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• No Sensitive Data: Since this is a playground, don't store your bank details or government secrets here. Our bees aren't trained for high-stakes security.
• License: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content within the apps so you (and only you, unless shared) can see it.

5. Intellectual Property: Our Hive, Our Honey

The code, the "cute" bee logo, the specific glow of #FD3AF0 and #F0FD3A, and the overall vibe are ours. You’re welcome to be inspired, but don't steal the hive. You can't reverse-engineer our apps or scrape our data without our written "buzz-off" or "go-ahead".

6. Limitation of Liability: Don't Sue the Bee

In no event shall justabee.com (or all humans and AI's) be liable for any damages—be it lost data, emotional distress from too much neon, or your boss finding out you spent three hours on a "useless utility". Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law (which, since this is a free playground, is usually zero).

7. Termination: Eviction from the Swarm

We reserve the right to shut down apps, delete accounts, or change the entire website into a gallery of cat pictures without prior notice. If we think you’re stinging other users or breaking the vibe, we’ll revoke your Magic Link access faster than a bee wings its wings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be settled in a friendly manner—or in a court that appreciates good design.

We update these terms occasionally. If you keep using the site after an update, you’re cool with the new rules. If not, see Section 1.
